<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat waste synthetic resins without the occurrence of problems by the chlorine-contg. resins and to supply the resins as fuel and iron source reducing agents to a furnace. SOLUTION: This method for removing the chlorine-contg. resins from the synthetic resins, then processing the resins to the shapes suitable for supply to the inside of the furnace and supplying the resins as the fuel and/or iron source reducing agents to the furnace has stages 1, 2 for crushing the synthetic resins, a stage 4 for separating and removing the chlorine-contg. resins from the synthetic resins crushed and treated, a stage 5 for processing the synthetic resins (a) from which the chlorine-contg. resins are removed in the stage to the shapes suitable for supply to the furnace, a stage 6 for removed the chlorine- components included in the resins by heating the separated chlorine-contg. resins while transferring the resins with a screw feeder, stages 7, 8 for processing the synthetic resins (b) from which the chlorine-components are removed by the stage to the shapes suitable for supply to the furnace and a stage 13 for supplying the synthetic resins (a) and (b) subjected to the respective processing stages as the fuel and/or iron source reducing agents to the furnace.</p> |
