FAST BAND ESTIMATING METHOD IN CONNECTION RECEIVING CONTROLLING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and precisely cope with the reception of connection by precisely computing an estimated area based on the estimation of a quality using three traffic parameters and two switch parameters and previously housing them as table data. SOLUTION: A designated quality is obtained by three traffic parameters of PCR(peak cell velocity), SCR(smoothed cell velocity) and MSB(maximum burst length) and two switch parameter LinkC(linking cycle) and BFS(buffer size). A parameter by a subscriber's report is converted to a relative parameter by a parameter conversion part 100. A table parameter is compared with the converted relative parameter and a table argument relative parameter value by a comparing part 200 to judge band estimation. An entry parameter selecting part 300 decides a parameter value and a judging part 400 judges the propriety of the reception of traffic based on the value.
