PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upside-down hanging type unit which can simply and easily adjust the inclination angle of a bed, and which can use methods having different variations. SOLUTION: A reversely hanging type unit comprises a drive device 4 for changing the inclination angle of a bed 3 with respect to a support bed 2, and a remote controller 5 for controlling the drive device at a position on the bed. The bed 3 is composed of an upper bed body 3a on which a body part extending from the head to the thigh is mountable and a lower bed body 3b on which the crus is mountable. The lower bed body 3b is attachable to and detachable from the upper bed body 3a. In addition the lower bed body 3b is provided with a locking tool 5 for locking the crus to the lower bed body 3b. |
