摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing lubricating device of a vertical dynamoelectric machine, capable of uniformizing each oil temperature of both upper and lower oil tanks, and then of cooling an upper guide bearing surely, and besides, to provide a self-priming pump structure capable of making improvements in the reliability of this dynamoelectric machine's bearing lubricating device in combination. SOLUTION: In this lubricating device, four holes 60a performing a pumping action on a thrust runner 60 rotating together with a turning shaft of a vertical dynamoelectric machine are radially formed in a lower oil tank 56, and then a pump casing 62 is equipped at the outer circumferential side of this thrust runner, while an area between an inner circumferential surface of this pump casing and an outer circumferential surface of the thrust runner is halved in the circumferential direction by two partitions 63a and 63b, thereby constituting a first self-priming pump 64 and a second self-priming pump 65. Subsequently, oil 57 in the lower oil tank discharged by the first self-priming pump 64 is fed to an oil cooler and, after being cooled by this oil cooler, it is put back into the lower oil tank, while another oil in the lower oil tank discharged by the second self-priming pump 65 is fed to an upper oil tank, and further the oil in this upper oil tank is made up so as to be overflowed to the lower oil tank from the specified oil level height.
