PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a surplus ink including foreign matter scraped off by a doctor from sticking to a plate cylinder again. SOLUTION: This printer is equipped with an ink pan, a plate cylinder 2 positioned above the ink pan and a furnisher roll 4 arranged in the ink pan. On the face of the plate cylinder 2, a doctor 5 is provided in such a manner that it comes into contact freely with the face. In addition, a plate 30 for preventing an ink from dripping is provided below the doctor 5. This plate 30 receives a surplus ink including foreign matter scrapped off by the doctor 5 and guides the surplus ink into the ink pan. |
