<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily rotate right and left HACHIs (bowl-like members) in opposite directions by interposing a thrust bearing between the end of a stem cord projecting to the inner side of the right and left HACHIs and the inner flanks of the right and left HACHIs. SOLUTION: The bearing mechanism on the outer side of the stem cord 4 is composed within a bowl-shaped palm contact projecting part 6. A hand is put between the stem cord 4 and the bowl-shaped palm contact projecting part 6 and the bowl-shaped palm contact projecting part 6 is rotated by the fingertip. In such a case, two sheets of steps 1 are interposed on the stem core 4 and the washer 7 of the thrust bearing B is interposed between these two steps 1. The thrust bearing B is interposed between the washers 7. The stem core 4 is passed through the central hole of the array of a series of the annular bodies comprising the step 1, the washer 7, the thrust bearing B, the washer 7 and the step 1 and a tie knob 8 of the stem core 4 is formed at the inner end.
