PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a joiner from separating from a strip. SOLUTION: A strip 14 wrapped round spirally along the inner surface of a sewer pipe is joined by a joiner 10 in its width direction side peripheries, and a lining material 42 is filled between the inner surface of the sewer pipe 12, the strip 14, and the joiner 10. In this way, an anchor part 40 formed in the joiner 10 is buried in the lining material 42, so that after curing of the lining material 42, the anchor 40 is fastened firmly in the lining material 42. |
