PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wash-off type photosensitive film that suppresses scatter of active rays due to a mat layer, and is superior in operability even in case of multiple exposure, and suitable for the preparation of a duplicate drawing having a sharp printing line, and a method for forming the duplicate drawing using this photosensitive film. SOLUTION: This photosensitive film is formed by providing a photosensitive layer on one surface of a transparent plastic film having one or both the surfaces roughened and an ultraviolet-ray absorptive resin layer which generates contrast of a pattern between an exposed part and an unexposed part with ultraviolet rays on the opposite-side surface. To form a duplicate drawing, the resin layer surface provided on the roughened surface of the photosensitive film is brought into contact with an image base and after image formation and exposure, a developing process is carried out; while a pattern is formed, the ultraviolet-ray absorptive resin layer is removed, thus forming the duplicate drawing. |
