PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a termination-type coaxial connector which has wide frequency band width and can treat a digital signal. SOLUTION: This connector is a coaxial F-type receptacle connector for connecting with a coaxial F-type plug connector. The connector mainly consists of an external conductor 1, an insulating sliding cylinder 2 which is accommodated in the external conductor 1 such that the cylinder can slide, a fixing member 6 which fixes the insulating sliding cylinder 2 to the external conductor 1, and a central conductor 5 which is supported on the center of the fixing member 6. A coil spring 4 and a termination element 3 are attached to the insulating sliding cylinder 2. When the insulating sliding cylinder 2 which usually projects due to expansion force of the coil spring 4 is pressed due to insertion of the plug connector, the cylinder interrupts between a central conductor 5 and the termination element 3, cuts their connection, removes a termination, and connects between connectors. When the plug connector is removed, the insulating sliding cylinder 2 projects again, and a central conductor 5 contacts with the termination element to generate termination condition.
