SYNCHRONISM MAINTAINING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronism maintaining device capable of surely conducting data demodulation. SOLUTION: A carrier NCO 8 and exclusive OR circuits 6 and 7 eliminate carrier components out of spectrum diffusion signal received with an antenna 1, and digital correlators 10 and 11 compare the signal from the exclusive OR circuits 6 and 7 and signal having C/A code (carrier and sign) from a C/A code generator 9 and correlation value of both signals is measured. A controller 12 judges that the reception level calculated based on the correlation value is over a threshold value and then calculates phase error of the carrier and the C/A code and executes compensation control of the phase error of the carrier and C/A code using this calculation phase error.
