Waste generated from a drainage treatment facility is extremely reduced. Also, the first and second inorganic sludge biological sludge immobilization tanks 107, 122 effectively serve both as a chemical treatment function for fluorine and a microorganism treatment function for a surfactant by immobilization of inorganic sludge and biological sludge.
