PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct reception business in an unmanned manner by uniting an unmanned reception machine being arranged in a reception hall and having a card dispenser and terminal equipments disposed to each post, etc., by communication lines and dispensing cards corresponding to the destinations of visitors. SOLUTION: The approach of a visitor is detected by a personal sensor in an unmanned reception machine 100, and a visit destination is displayed by a control section. When the visit destination is selected, the unmanned reception machine 100 is connected to a general-purpose PC 200, and the picture data of a business card, the face image picture of a visitor, etc., are transmitted while being also sent to a server 400 for a DB and a visitor data base 401 is prepared. A picture picked up by a CCD camera for the unmanned reception machine 100 is displayed on the general-purpose PC 200 side, and a receptionist on duty permits the entrance of the visitor. A card for gate passage is dispensed in the unmanned reception machine 100, and the visitor inserts the card into the inserting port of a gate machine 300 and enters. When the visitor returns, the visitor inserts the card into the recovery port of a card recovery machine 500 and leaves. |
