PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute the various document picture processings of the input, preservation, classification, retrieval, reference and transfer of a document picture with satisfactory operability. SOLUTION: A picture input part 1 reading a document and setting it to be the document picture, a recognition, processing part 5 executing a recognition processing on the document picture inputted by the picture input part 1 and converting at least the inputted document picture into a text and a preservation part 10 are provided. The preservation part 10 preserves the desired document in the form of the picture as it is and/or in the form of the recognition-processed text among the document pictures obtained in the picture input means. |
