PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ink from leaking out of a pump housing. SOLUTION: When a first piston member 53 moves an ink W dropping in a pump housing from a suction hole 52a to an opening end 52c, it pushes the ink to an ink reservoir groove 52d. In a condition that the suction 52a is closed by a second piston member 54, a pump chamber 52e formed between both of the piston member 53, 54 is coupled to the ink reservoir groove 52d. In this condition, both of the piston members 53, 54 are relatively moved to suck the ink in the ink reservoir groove 52d into the pump chamber 52e. The pump 52e and ink reservoir groove 52d are decoupled from each other and a regular suction operation from the suction hole 52a is started. As a result, the ink is discharged along with ink from a printing head. |
