<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a wrapped Citrus sudachi for retaining the freshness of the Citrus sudachi, capable of preventing the generation of ethanol and acetaldehyde causing the yellowing, putrefaction and foreign smell of the Citrus sudachi. SOLUTION: This wrapped Citrus sudachi is obtained by hermetically wrapping the Citrus sudachi with a wrapping material having an oxygen permeability of 3.8-27cc/24h.atm and a carbon dioxide permeability of 3.8-27cc/24h.atm in a temperature condition of 10-35 deg.C per g of the Citrus sudachi and further having a steam permeability of 49gr/24h.m<2> or less (JIS Z 0208, 40 deg.C, 90% RH, 0.1mm).</p> |
