PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that a center pillar is deformed inside a vehicle and the space in a cabin is oppressed by increasing the torsional rigidity of a sidesill, while restraining the bending rigidity of a collision early time when external force from the side acts on the center pillar without increasing the thickness of the reinforcement material of the center pillar. SOLUTION: In the sidesill structure of a car body composed by that a reinforce is arranged in a sidesill 9 formed in a closed section by a sidesill inner 9a and a sidesill outer 9b and extended in a car body front/rear direction at the lower part of a center pillar 8, the reinforcement is constituted by a center pillar reinforcement 13 arranged near the lower part of the center pillar 8 and a sidesill reinforcement 14 arranged on its front/rear part and a bulk head 17a slanted in either the front/rear direction with an angleθas by making the car lateral direction to a base is arranged on the end of the center pillar 8 side of the sidesill reinforcement 14.
