<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a production process history by a versatile system without being limited by specified production form and control items, control the relation between equipment, devices, and products, and also manage an exceptional treatment. SOLUTION: A process control table generating part 5 generates each process control table 1 based on a process through which each product set in a production process definition table 4 is passed and the sequential number and batch number of the process. In the process control table 1, batch information including its batch number and the batch number of at least either of the batch before and after each batch for each batch per product and process is registered for each process. Also a process history table generating part 6 generates and outputs a process history table, in which at least the batch numbers of the batches necessary for producing their products among the batch information are connected in the order of processes, for each product and based on the batch information of the process control table 1.</p> |
