<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate disassembly work by efficiently removing dust inside a cabinet by providing a stopper for preventing the slide-down of loaded object at the inclination time of frame for holding a carry conveyer and an automatic frame inclining means for inclining the frame with one end side of frame as a supporting shaft. SOLUTION: An inclinable work table 10 is composed of a frame 1, carrier belt conveyer 9, driving cylinder 3 attached onto the lower surface of frame 1 and base frame 4. The carrier belt conveyer 9 integrated into the frame 1 is composed of two parallel belts, moves a conveyer palette 41 loading a television receiver 100 to near a stopper 2 and automatically stops. The frame 1 turnably attaches one end side through a bearing 5 and a shaft 6 and consists of a link mechanism for turning respective supporting points. Then, fluid pressure such as air or oil pressure is supplied to the cylinder 3, the frame 1 is inclined at a prescribed angle, and the receiver 100 is positioned within the range where the hand of worker can reach.</p> |
