<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a healthy and comfortable housing in which a temperature of a dwelling space can be easily kept at its comfortable degree and this state can be attained throughout summer and winter seasons due to the fact that solar heat energy can be effectively utilized at the time of fine weather in winter season and it is effective at least in saving energy in cloudy weather condition and a ventilation is carried out while the cold air is being effectively utilized in summer season. SOLUTION: This housing A is constructed such that the rear area 1 of ceiling, a dwelling space 2, an under-floor space 3, an in-wall space 4 and a beam space 5 are provided within an enclosure of a thermal insulating layer 6, in winter season, it is possible to change over by a flow passage changing- over device 15b a flow passage for sucked airαtaken from an external side B and passed through a heat exchanger 14 to another passage passing through the solar heat collecting device 17 and the beam space 5 in reference to whether or not taking heat through a solar heat collecting device 17 is preferable, and in turn in summer season, the air taken into the under-floor space 3 is discharged from the beam space 5 and further released from the beam space 5 to an external area B.</p> |
