PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure control method of an injection molding machine high in the reproducibility and response of resin pressure and capable of obtaining a molded product of high quality without generating vibration. SOLUTION: When the resin pressure of an injection molding machine equipped with at least a screw 3 and an injection motor 2 driving the screw 3 in an injection direction is controlled, an injection speed is operated on the basis of a set resin pressure value Q and a detected resin pressure value QFB and an operation signal obtained from the operated operation signal and the ineffective speedω1 " estimated by an observer 40, that is, the difference between the injection speed and the ineffective speedω1 " is controlled so that the pressure value of an injection shaft coincides with a set pressure value. When the ineffective speedω1 " is estimated, the parameter of the observer 40 is corrected by the position of the screw 3.
