PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a drive apparatus from being locked during operation by indicating decrement of the residual lifetime of a vibratory driving means resulted from deterioration thereof or abnormality of a driven means before the function is stopped. SOLUTION: An r.p.m. measuring unit 54 calculates the r.p.m. N of a motor, based on a signal from an encoder 33. A voltmeter 55 measures a signal voltage Vs from a sensor phase S. When a decision is made that the r.p.m. N of a motor exceeds a specified r.p.m. N1, a decision section 56 operates the value of N/Vs. When the lifetime of a motor M is not yet expired, a lifetime prediction means predicts the residual lifetime of the motor based on the operated value of N/Vs and displays the results on a display panel. Since deterioration of the entire drive system can be notified in the early stage to a user and the drive system can be maintained before the lifetime of the motor expires, failure can be prevented during operation. |
