PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet ink permitting the formation of an image having a hue more close to the true color of e.g. the skin. SOLUTION: This ink contains a yellow colorant having a CIELAB hue angle of 90 deg. or smaller. It further contains Yellow 104, Magenta 377 or DB 199 as a specified dye of a yellow, cyan or magenta ink. These dyes gave color fastness to light colors to that of photographic quality, and therefore an image reduced in color fading caused by light and undergoing fading evenly for all the colors can be provided by ink jet printing. |
