PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently separate a part from a part mounting printed board at a low cost by a method wherein an external force is applied to a part in parallel with the part mounting surface of the printed board to separate the part from the printed board partly damaging it. SOLUTION: A shearing force is suitable for cutting of the screws and leads of many parts 6 or for breaking the parts 6 at a time. A mechanism which applies a shearing force is composed of two rotating rollers 1 and 1' which are arranged so as to make their rotary shafts 2 and 2' parallel with each other and functions effectively. A part-mounted printed board 5 is inserted into a gap between the rotary rollers 1 and 1' making the rotating shafts 2 and 2' and the part mounting surface of the board 5 parallel with each other, whereby a shearing force is applied to the parts 6. In result, screws and leads are cut off or the parts 6 are broken, so that parts 8 can be separated from a printed board 7'. |
