PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop a rotor almost at a restricted angle less than one revolution without restricting the rotation of the rotary by a detent bush by engaging a projection restricting the forward and reverse rotation of the rotor to less then one revolution to a projection provided on a casing. SOLUTION: A casing member 2a is provided with a pair of projections at fixed side which are upright and adjacent to on the same circle. A projection 7 at the movable side which can be engaged to the projection 6 is stuck outwards on the same circle as the projection 6 from the peripheral surface of a rotor disk member 10 of a rotor 3. When required, by the rotation of the rotor 3, one of a pair of projections 6 at the fixed side provided at a casing 2 in linked to a projection 7 at the movable side provided on the rotor disk member 10 of the rotor 3 and the rotation of the rotor 3 is stopped almost less than one revolution. |
