PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit the supply amount of the common resources and also to attain the cooperative operations between the distributed plants by performing the transmission/reception of the information on the using amount of the common resources and increasing with preference the using amount of the common resources for the plant having the inferior achievement of an output request. SOLUTION: A cooperative controller performs the cooperative control between the distributed plants 6a and 6b. Then the controller calculates the supply deficit amount and the power consumption value of its own plant via the CPU 1a and 1b, compares these calculated amount and value with supply deficit amount ΔQsi and the power consumption value of the other plant to calculate the power consumption value of all plants, and then calculates the power consumption value Px when the number of operating plants is increased by one in the current state. Then the value Px is compared with the power consumption value of all plants. If the former value is smaller than the latter one, the start requests of equipments are issued at the plant having the maximum value ΔQsi. If the former value is larger than the latter one, the stop requests of equipments are issued at the plant having the minimum value ΔQsi. |
