<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the bending of a flange flat part caused by the pushing-in of a guide shaft, to eliminate the uneven contact of a tape, and to prevent the damaging of the tape, by proving no notches around the guide shaft hole of a flange fixed and supported by the guide shaft and making the flange thickness uniform to increase rigidity. SOLUTION: An upper flange 4 is made thin for providing a thin device, made uniform in thickness having no notches such as grooves in the periphery, and a hole part 16 for pressing-in a guide shaft 2 and a plurality of recessed parts 14 for engaging a jig for rotating the guide shaft 2 are provided on a flange outer peripheral part 17 and the upper surface of the upper flange 4. Since the outer peripheral part 17 of the upper flange 4 is made to have thickness (t) uniform with the flange 4, when a tape is wound along the outer peripheral part 17 of the flange 4, smooth winding is performed without any hooking of the tape and, since the peripheral of the hole part 16 for the guide shaft 2 of the upper flange is also made to have uniform thickness (t), the rigidity of the upper flange 4 is increased.</p> |
