摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cheaply form an electrode pattern having plural electroconductive parts such as an output-input electrode and an outer conductor on the outer surface of a ceramic sintered compact with a simple process in high accuracy by forming an electroconductive membrane on the surface of the ceramic sintered compact covering the formed electroconductive membrane with a mask and removing the electroconductive membrane at the opening part of the mask by projecting abrasive material by a blasting device. SOLUTION: An electroconductive membrane preferably consisting essentially of Cu is formed by plating, etc., on the surface of a ceramic sintered compact. The electroconductive membrane of the ceramic sintered 1 compact having the formed electroconductive membrane is covered by a freely detachable mask 8, an abrasive material liquid 12 comprising a mixture of abrasive particles and water in an abrasive material liquid tank 11 is projected to the covered electroconductive membrane by a blasting device 7 to partially remove the electroconductive membrane at the opening part of the mask 8. Further, the mask 8 is removed from the electroconductive membrane to finish the formation of the electrode pattern of a ceramic electronic part in the method for forming the electrode pattern on the ceramic electronic part. The method is effectively applied to the formation, etc., of input-output electrode of a dielectric resonator comprising a dielectric ceramic sinter.
