PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the pre-cooling time, and to save the energy in a method wherein the night purge is controlled based on the indoor and outdoor enthalpy estimated values and the night purge set value, and the night purge is performed by judging the time zone when the difference between the indoor and outdoor enthalpy becomes maximum. SOLUTION: A night purge realization judging device 12 judges whether or not the difference of the present value of the outdoor enthalpy by an outdoor enthalpy detecting device 1 subtracted from the present value of the indoor enthalpy by an indoor enthalpy detecting device 2 exceeds the differential reference enthalpy from the time when the estimated differential enthalpy of the night purge realization time zone which is obtained by a night purge time zone judging device 11 following the set value of the night purge to be set by a night purge setting device 3 becomes maximum. A night purge control output device 14 outputs the night purge ON to an air control device 15 when the night purge is realized by the night purge realization judging device 12, and controls an air conditioner 16. |
