摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an increase in an internal impedance and reduction in capacity and a load characteristic caused by it by providing a negative electrode and a positive electrode capable of depositing-melting light metal or of doping dedoping a light metal ion, and containing a hydrazil compound in nonaqueous electrolyte. SOLUTION: 2,2-diphenyl-1-picril hydrazil of a formula is contained in nonaqueous electrolyte by dissolving electrolyte such as lithium salt in a highly ion conductive nonaqueous solvent or the like by mixing a low viscosity solvent in a high dielectric constant solvent. Therefore, the formation of a coating film on an electrode surface is restrained, and an increase in an internal impedance is prevented, and particularly in the case of a positive electrode of a metallic oxide, an effect is large. Preferably, a composite oxide of LixMo2 is used as the positive electrode. [M is transition metal such as Co, Ni and Mn, and (0.5<=x<=1.10) is realized.] It is better that a graphite type carbonaceous material on which spacing of a (002) surface is not more than 0.34mm is used as a negative electrode, and a mixed solvent of an ethylene carbonate and a dimethyl carbonate or a diethyl carbonate is used as a nonaqueous solvent.
