PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oral composition which is safe even when administered for a long period and which can prevent and improve body smells such as oral smells and sweat smells and senile smells such as stool smells and urine smells by including a mushroom extract and Artemisia princeps extract as active ingredients. SOLUTION: This oral composition contains a mushroom extract and an Artemisia princeps extract preferably in a weight ratio of 1:(0.3-5.0). The mushroom extract is obtained by slicing fresh mushroom fruit bodies, adding a 0.5% malic acid aqueous solution to the sliced fruit bodies, stirring and heating the mixture, and subsequently filtering the mixture, and the effective daily administration does of the mushroom extract is preferably 10-5000mg for an adult. The Artemisia princeps extract is obtained by roasting air-dried Artemisia princeps leaves with far IR rays, extracting the roasted leaves with hot water, filtering the extraction solution, and subsequently lyophilizing the supernatant, and the effective daily administration dose of the Artemisia princeps extract is 5-3000mg for an adult.
