PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lowering of a signal speed by transmitting signals while maintaining the state of steeply bending a multiple plastic optical fiber coupled to a light source on the neighborhood connected to the light source. SOLUTION: At the time of transmitting the high-speed signal by using the multiple plastic optical fiber, the high-speed signals are transmitted while the state of specifically steeply bending the multiple plastic optical fiber coupled to the light source on the neighborhood connected to the light source. The multiple plastic optical fiber refers to the bare multiple plastic optical fiber formed by integrating plural pieces of core fibers consisting of transparent core resins having a high refractive index and enclosing the circumferences thereof with a sheath resin or the optical fiber formed by enclosing each of the core fibers with the sheath resins to form sheath layers and integrating these sheath layers. The multiple plastic optical fiber formed by using the transparent resin, such as PMMA, for the cores 1 and a fluororesin or the like having the refractive index lower than the refractive index of the cores for the sheaths 2 is often used. |
