METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FERMENTING ORGANIC WASTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture efficiently a useful compost product without using a water content-adjusting material and without implanting aerobic bacteria. SOLUTION: A granular material of organic waste having the water content of 45-70% and grain diameter of 0.5-5cm is manufactured by drying organic waste and granulating the same in a granulating and drying machine 11. The granular material of organic waste is received in a fermentation tank 12 and fermented therein. A composite product can be manufactured by the arrangement without using a water content adjusting material or without implanting aerobic bacteria.
