PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print fine patterns with high accuracy by covering the tensile strength of a screen mesh with height even in the case of widening the opening area of an ink penetration part by employing the upper surface screen mesh as a squeegee surface, and also employing the lower screen mesh as a printing surface to thereby be formed of two layers or three layers. SOLUTION: For example, the two layer screen printing plate for a screen printing has an upper screen mesh 1 used and as a squeegee surface, and a lower screen mesh 2 used as a printing surface to be mounted on printed matter 3. Besides, the upper screen mesh 1 is gauze-spread to a support frame in parallel, and the lower surface screen mesh 2 is gauze-spread to the support frame at a predetermined angle. Both yarns of the upper and lower surface screen meshes 1, 2 are made, e.g. 20 micronϕso that a lower space of the upper surface screen mesh 1 has a space equal to the height of the lower surface screen mesh 2, and ink penetration of the upper surface screen mesh 1 is made smooth during printing, resulting in 20 micron two surfaces in height, i.e., to be 80 microns. |
