PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication equipment which an easily synchronize a diffusion code by permitting an inverse diffusion code generation means to generate a prescribed diffusion code through the use of the branched diffusion code. SOLUTION: The diffusion code generated in a diffusion code oscillator 2 is superimposed with an electric signal which is spectrum-diffused by a synthesizer 4 and the synthesized signal is inputted to an electric/optic converter 5 so as to be intensity- modulated. A light signal is transmitted to a receiver R by an optical fiber 6 and it is converted into the electric signal by an optic/electric converter 7. Then, it is separated into the diffusion code and the electric signal which is spectrum-diffused by a demultiplexer 8. The separated diffusion code is identified and reproduced by a code reproduction unit 9 and is inputted to a multiplier 10. In such a case, the frequencies of the diffusion code and the signal which is spectrum-diffused differ and therefore they can simultaneously be transmitted. Since the diffusion code is transmitted to the receiver R at the same time as the electric signal, synchronous acquisition and synchronous follow-up, which becomes problems at the time of inverse diffusion, are not necessary to be considered, circuit constitution can be simplified. |
