PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous type secondary battery excellent in the capacity maintenance rate and capacity recoverage rate in the charge/discharge cycle at a low temp. SOLUTION: A nonaqueous type secondary battery is composed of a positive electrode containing an active material and electric conducting agent, a negative electrode containing active material, and a non-aqueous electrolyte, characterized by that the electric charge moving reaction resistance Rtn of lithium ion at the interface between the negative electrode active material and electrolytic solution at -20 deg.C with a charging amount from 70% to 100% of the maximum charging amount during the service is conditioned as Rtn<350Ω.cm<2> and that electric charge moving reaction resistance Rtp of lithium ion at the interface between the positive electrode active material and electrolytic solution at -20 deg.C is conditioned as 350Ω.cm<2> <=Rtp<=4000Ω.cm<2> . |
