PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the emphasizing processing of a part where a picture and a character are mutually superposed, and to make it possible to surely read the character, by processing only the picture in an area where the character is superposed on it, in the case of forming the picture in a state where the picture is superposed on the character. SOLUTION: The picture is read and a mount, on which the character is written is read next by a picture input device 21. Then, they are stored in a storage device 22 as digital data. Next, layout data is produced and stored in the storage device 22. Then, picture data and mount data are successively read out and displayed on a display device 25. Besides, attribute information is added and stored in the storage device 22. The layout data is read out and displayed on the display device 25 and the area where the picture data and the character data are superposed is set by a mouse 23 and the like. The processing content for processing the picture is set every color with respect to a transmission attribute within the range of the set area and the picture is processed. Then, the layout of the processed picture data and the character data is executed according to the layout data and displayed on the display device 25. |
