PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp whether a moving station exists in a circle or not on a network side by permitting a base station to obtain a response whether the moving station exists the circle or not from the moving station. SOLUTION: When the base station 4 transfers a position registration request to a data base 9 and position registration completes in the data base 9, position registration completion is in formed to the base station 4. The base station 4 informs the moving station 3 of position registration completion. Then, the base station 4 gives a response request to the moving station 3 for recognizing the existence of the moving station 3. The moving station 3 makes the response when it exists in a radio are 1 and it is in a response possible state. The base station 4 recognizes that the moving station 3 exists and periodically gives the response request. Thus, that the moving station 3 exists in the radio area 1 of the base station 4 can be informed by recognizing the response after the position registration request from the moving station. The base station 4 can recognize whether the moving station 3 exists in the self-radio are 1 or not.
