PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively select many homophones and to improve the document production efficiency by storing the combination information on the adjacent clauses when the confirmed information is stored in each clause and outputting with preference a conversion candidate including the confirmed information if obtained. SOLUTION: A KANA (Japanese syllabary)/KANJI (Chinese character) conversion part 2 acquires a 2nd character string consisting of a display character string including KANJI corresponding to the 1st character string from the first character string that is transferred from an input device 1. The part 2 sends the 2nd character string to an output data memory 5 of an output control part 4. The part 4 converts the received data into a prescribed display output form and stores them in a document display memory 6. Then these data are sent to a confirmed information preference part 8, and the sequence of the data is changed by referring to a confirmed information storage part 9 to as to output an already confirmed conversion candidate, if obtained, with preference. |
