<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent oil leakage by preventing corrosion even when a thin aluminum plate is employed for an element of an oil cooler. SOLUTION: An element 12 comprising unit member of first and second thin aluminum plates 12a, 12b sandwiching a fin plate 12c stacked in multistage is contained on the side of a thick cast aluminum cover 11 having a cooling water take-in port 11b on one side and oil inlet 11c and outlet 11d on the opposite sides of upper wall wherein the elements 11 are screwed to the upper wall of the cover 11 and an aluminum partitioner 13 is fixed to the underside of the cover 11. In such an oil cooler Oc, an insulating sleeve 20 applied with an electric insulating film on the entire surface thereof is fitted in a bolt insertion hole 11e made at a flange part 11a and a bolt 17 is inserted into the sleeve 20 thus fixing the cover 11 to a cast iron engine block Eb.</p> |
