<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently generate a lip motion parameter by allowing a three- dimensional lip model generating means to generate a featured three-dimensional lip model with respect to a person, transforming the featured three-dimensional lip model to the featured three-dimensional lip model, comparing a two-dimensional lip model and a real lip video and calculating a rotating angle so as to reconstitute. SOLUTION: A basic lip matching part 55 matches the lip of a three- dimensional model with a human basic lip and supplies the matching result for a rotating angle calculating part 60 as a featured three-dimensional lip model corresponding to individuals. The part 60 transforms it to a two-dimensional lip model, calculates a rotating angle by comparing the real lip video inputted from a video dividing part 20 with the featured two-dimensional lip model through the use of a conventional method (affine transformation, e.g.) and supplies the rotating angle for MUX 75. After then the two-dimensional lip model rotated by the rotating angle is respectively supplied for a lip reconstituting part 35 and a switch 65.</p> |
