<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notebook-computer application unit which reduces the rate of an expensive high density multilayer substrate in a whole system and whose cost is reduced. SOLUTION: The high density multilayer substrate 1 where a central arithmetic processing circuit unit fitted in a casing is arranged and a low density substrate 2 where a peripheral circuit unit is arranged are provided. The central arithmetic processing circuit unit constituted of a microprocessor 11 constituted of the high density multilayer substrate, a memory control circuit 12 and memories 13, 14 and 16 is separated from the peripheral circuit unit constituted of a bus control circuit 22 constituted of the low density substrate, discrete parts, connectors and the like and peripheral unit control circuits 21, 23-27. The respective units are arranged on the different substrates 1 and 2.</p> |
