PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making the surface of a base material have durable functional properties for a long period of time by making the composition contain a fluorine-based compound having excellent dust-proofing property and/or antibacterial property caused from hydrophilic and oil-repelling properties in a photo-curable resin composition, coating the surface of a plastic, wood, fibers or a metal, etc., with it, and curing by an activation energy of ultraviolet rays, electron beams, etc. SOLUTION: This fluorine-based photo-curable resin composition is obtained by uniformly dissolving 0.05-20 pts.wt. of a fluorine-based compound having a fluoroalkyl group having excellent hydrophilic and oil-repelling properties into 3-50 pts.wt. of a photopolymerizable monomer in which the fluorine-based component is dissolvable and mixing with at least one kind selected from among another photopolymerizable monomer and a photopolymerizable prepolymer to make total amount of the resultant photo-curable resin as 100 pts.wt. Then, the photo-curable resin is applied on the surface of a base material and cured by irradiation with light or radioactive rays. |
