WINDING METHOD OF HEATING WIRE TO INSERT BOBBIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of winding a heating wire onto an insert bobbin without producing any bulge in time of this winding. SOLUTION: In this winding method, as an insert bobbin, it uses such installed with two heating wire insertion ports 14 and 15 piercing through both ends each in the radial direction while being opened sidewards, and a winding outset end of a heating wire 2 is preinserted into the heating wire insertional port 14 on one side by way of a part 141 opened from the side, then the heating wires 2 is winding on an outer boundary of the insert bobbin, and then a winding close end of this heating wire 2 is inserted into the heating wire insertional port 15 on the other inward by way of a part 151 opened from the side.
