<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reduction of the amount of resin dropping from a die nozzle during an operation of causing a rotary blade to approach a die plate after a strand operation is completed in initiating an operation of a resin kneading granulator by causing a pair of sliding members in a screen changer to slide to a screen change position, respectively so as to create a state in which the flow of molten resin is stopped in the screen changer. SOLUTION: After the completion of a strand operation both of a pair of sliding bars 10, 10 in a dual type screen changer 6 are caused to slide to a screen change position, respectively, so as to stop the flow of molten resin inside the screen changer 6 and in this state a rotary blade is caused to approach a die plate, and thereafter the sliding bars 10, 10 are restored to a screen position, when the supply of molten resin to a die nozzle 4a is started. This serves to reduce the amount of resin dropping from the die nozzle to thereby restraining troubles from happening in starting the operation of a continuous resin kneading granulator.</p> |
