<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize down-transmission corresponding to a system application by judging a down-transmission system, corresponding to the system application and setting a corresponding transmission line on a down radio line between a master station and a slave station. SOLUTION: A master station 10 is provided with a satellite line controller 14, and the satellite line controller 14 controls overall the line connection of the system. The control function is divided into a first control means for an outbound line and a second control means for an inbound line. The first control means judges whether an optimum outbound transmission system to slave station 21-2n from the master station 10 is a multi-address system or a time-divisional multiplex system. Then, the multi-address transmission line or the time-divisional multiplex transmission line is set on the outbound line by controlling a data return device 11 and a transmission/reception device 13, according to the judged result.</p> |
