PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jumper switch in which switching can be conducted as controlling wiring between adjoining pads on a PCB. SOLUTION: In a low profile push-pull jumper switch based on the movement of an electrically insulative switch housing 22, sole metal portions used are limited to two contact members 10, 12 in a housing and a fixed wire. The wire is pressed so as to touch the contact members to electrically interconnect the contact members by the movement of the housing when the housing is at a switch-off position. In a preferable example, two contact members are the same, respective ones are formed of integral U-shaped metal members, U-shaped curbed portions 18 are suspended from the housing so as to be soldered to PCB pads or through holes and be fixed. Means on the contact members latch the housing at a switch-open position or the switch-close position.
