PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately find a turning degree from the mechanical origin by inputting a correction value of mechanical origin data calculated from a change value of a height of a ram to an origin data correcting part when a crankshaft is rotated by (±)θby an angle rotating part. SOLUTION: When a mechanical origin correcting command is inputted from an I/O 48, a control part 45 issues a mechanical origin returning command to an angleθrotating part 42. The rotating part 42 outputs a control signal so as to rotate in the direction in which output of an encoder 31 becomes P from an output value from the encoder inputted through an I/O 47 and mechanical origin data P stored in an origin data storage part 41, and rotates a sevomotor. The rotating part 42 judges whether or not the output value of the encoder 31 is P, and stands by until the output value of the encoder 31 becomes P, and stops the motor when a judgment becomes Yes. When an angle (-)θrotating command is inputted, whether or not the output value of the encoder 31 is (P-θ) is judged, and when it becomes Yes, the motor is stopped.
