<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To oxidize a metal component by burning aluminum residual ash completely to remove securely aluminum nitride and improve the durability of a refractory and a mechanical device used for burning. SOLUTION: A mixture of granular aluminum residual ash of grain size of approximately 10-50μm mixed with an aluminum oxide of approximately same grain size of 10-50wt.% is fed into a heat-resistant container 1 divided into a plurality of areas by interstructures 2 constituted of corrugated board sheets and heated at the temperature of 550-600 deg.C. A primary combustion material sintered by low bonding force is manufactured by the arrangement. The primary combustion material is crushed into powder and heated at the temperature of 600-850 deg.C for two hours.</p> |
