PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of transferring a toner image formed on the surface of a photoreceptor with a developing device to a transfer paper, then, efficiently removing/recovering residual toner after the transfer which is stuck to the surface of the photoreceptor with a cleaning device and carrying the recovered toner to the developing device as it is, so as to reuse the recovered toner. SOLUTION: The cleaning device 20 is provided with a cleaning belt 23 coming into press-contact with the surface of the photoreceptor 1, two rollers 21 and 22 on which the cleaning belt 23 is wound and a cleaning blade 24 for removing the tower transferred to the cleaning belt 23. This belt 23 comes into slidable contact with the surface of the photoreceptor 1 and the residual toner after the transfer is triboelectrified to the polarity of the charge of the toner at the time of attaining development. |
