PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To express character and document data by using a staff notation. SOLUTION: A multi-code chart is prepared by making character symbol corresponded to each musical of a staff notation, and data constituted of character symbols are expressed on a musical note. Thus, express character and symbol data or the like are expressed by playing it as music, and they are stored and retrieved by the musical interval. Data such as words and clauses are stored and registered by the combination of the height of a musical scale with the length of the musical scale so that a storage capacity is made smaller than that at the time of storage and registration by the combination of codes, and transferring time is made shorter. Also, the retrieval of the clauses or the words can be executed by the decode operation of the combination of the height of the musical scale with the length of the musical scale, and the retrieving operation is made simple. Also, the stored data are easily converted into the character and symbol data by using the code chart. |
